- Professional profile: title, bio, skills, languages, portfolio links, resume, profile photo, video introductions, identity documents (for verified professionals), certifications and workshop enrolments.
- Client profile: company details, billing address, GSTIN (if applicable), project briefs, uploaded files, voice notes, and screen recordings.
- Payment information: billing name, address, invoice records, transaction IDs, and last four digits of instruments. Full card / UPI / bank details are processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers (see §5) and are never stored on our servers.
- Support communications: chats, tickets, feedback, and survey responses.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, features used, projects submitted, allocation and delivery events.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referrer URLs, timestamps.
- Cookies & similar technologies: for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
- OAuth login providers (if you sign in with Google / GitHub) — limited to your basic profile.
- Payment gateway providers (Razorpay, Stripe) for transaction status, refunds, and settlement reports.
- AI service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) that process anonymized project briefs and matching signals to power the AI Allocation Engine.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, secure, and maintain your account and workforce profile.
- Analyze project briefs and intelligently allocate them to the most suitable certified professional.
- Process payments, generate invoices (including GST invoices where applicable), manage escrow, and issue refunds.
- Provide AI training, certification exams, and issue digital certificates.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Communicate service updates, security alerts, and (where opted-in) product marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations, court orders, and lawful government requests.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law (including the GDPR or India’s DPDP Act, 2023) requires a lawful basis, we rely on: your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention), and legal obligations.

- With clients who hire a professional (professional’s name, verified profile, ratings, delivery updates).
- With service providers: hosting (MongoDB Atlas, Vercel), payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), email/SMS delivery (SendGrid, Twilio), CDN and storage (Cloudinary), and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
- For legal reasons: when required by law enforcement, courts, or to protect rights, property, or safety of users, us, or the public.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy commitments.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Payment Data & PCI-DSS Compliance
All online payments on the Platform are processed by our authorized payment partners, primarily Razorpay Software Private Limited and, where applicable, Stripe Payments. Both partners are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. AI Scale Force LLC does not access, store, or process your full card number, CVV, UPI credentials, or net-banking passwords. We receive only transaction identifiers, status, and settlement metadata required to fulfil your order and issue refunds.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as needed to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Certain data (e.g., financial records) may be retained for at least 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logs, rate limiting, DDoS protection, and periodic security reviews. No system is impenetrable; you agree to promptly report any suspected breach to security@aigigjobs.com.
8. International Transfers
Our services are operated from India, and data may be processed in India, the United States, and other regions where our service providers operate. We ensure adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) for cross-border transfers.

- Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., marketing).
