This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how AI Scale Force LLC (“AI Scale Force”, “we”, “us”) handles refunds and cancellations for services purchased on aigigjobs.com (the “Platform”). It is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. Our parent organisation website is aiscaleforce.com.
AI GIG JOBS provides digital services — monthly AI training memberships, certification exams, and AI-allocated project execution. Because we do not sell physical goods, no shipping is applicable. Refunds, where eligible, are processed back to the original method of payment.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following purchases:
- Student Membership — ₹500 per month for school and college students.
- Professional Membership — ₹1,000 per month for working professionals and freshers.
- Client Project Deposits held in escrow for AI-allocated project execution.
2. Monthly Membership Refunds
- Memberships (Student ₹500/mo and Professional ₹1,000/mo) can be cancelled anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- The current billing period is not pro-rated or refunded. You continue to have full access until the end of the paid month.
- You may request a full refund of the most recent charge within 7 days of billing, provided you have not accepted or been assigned any paid project during that period.
- Refunds are not available for months already elapsed on the membership.
3. Free Trial & First Month
- New members may cancel within the first 48 hours of subscription for a full refund, provided no live sessions have been attended and no assignments submitted.
- If AI Scale Force cancels a scheduled live session, we will reschedule it at no additional cost or issue equivalent credit at your option.
4. Client Project Deposits & Escrow
- Before allocation: If AI has not yet allocated a professional, the Client may cancel the project and receive a 100% refund of the deposit, less applicable payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) which are non-refundable.
- After allocation, before work begins: Client may cancel with a 90% refund; 10% covers AI analysis, allocation, and administrative costs.
- After work has begun: Refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. The Client and Professional may negotiate directly, moderated by AI Scale Force if requested.
- Quality dispute: If the Client raises a valid dispute within 5 business days of delivery citing failure to meet the brief, the case is reviewed by our Quality Auditor. Outcomes may include a free revision, partial refund, or full refund at AI Scale Force’s reasonable discretion.
- No refund is granted if the delivered work substantially meets the original brief and the Client’s complaint is due to a change in scope not communicated during briefing.
5. Client Platform Fee
Clients pay zero platform fees to use AI GIG JOBS. There are no per-project or transaction fees charged to Clients beyond the deposit for the professional’s work.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send a written request to refunds@aigigjobs.com with:
- Your registered email and full name.
- Order / Project ID and payment transaction ID.
- Detailed reason for the refund.
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, files, chat logs) if applicable.
We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve most cases within 7-10 business days.
7. Refund Processing & Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
- Razorpay (India) refunds typically reflect in 5-7 business days.
- Stripe (international) refunds typically reflect in 7-10 business days.
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days.
- Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable except where mandated by law.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage users to contact refunds@aigigjobs.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action to recover disputed amounts and associated costs.
9. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital certificates already issued.
- On-demand workshop recordings already accessed or downloaded.
- Third-party software licences or stock assets purchased on your behalf.
- Referral rewards and promotional credits.
10. No Shipping
AI GIG JOBS is a purely digital service. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are provided electronically through your dashboard or via secure download links.
11. Force Majeure
AI Scale Force is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or issue credits.
