These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aigigjobs.com, its dashboards, mobile applications, APIs, and all services provided by AI Scale Force LLC (“AI Scale Force”, “we”, “us”) (collectively, the “Services”). Our parent organisation website is aiscaleforce.com.

By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • If you register on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Nature of the Platform

AI GIG JOBS is an AI-managed gig workforce platform. Unlike traditional freelance marketplaces, clients do not browse professionals. Instead, clients submit projects; our AI Workforce Engine analyses the brief and allocates the work to the most suitable certified professional. AI Scale Force LLC acts as an intermediary and prime contractor.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the Services.

4. Roles

4.1 Clients

Clients submit project briefs, deposit funds into escrow, review AI-allocated professionals, approve delivered work, and pay the applicable platform fee.

4.2 Professionals (Freelancers)

Professionals must complete AI Certification, maintain accurate skill profiles, deliver work on time, and comply with the Quality Control standards described in §7.

4.3 Independent Contractor Status

Professionals are independent contractors, not employees, of AI Scale Force LLC or of Clients. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Student membership: ₹500 per month for school and college students. Cancel anytime.
  • Professional membership: ₹1,000 per month for working professionals and freshers. Cancel anytime.
  • Client platform fee: Free. Clients pay zero platform fees to submit projects and hire AI-certified professionals.
  • Professional payouts: Released from escrow after AI QA + Client approval, less any applicable taxes.
  • Membership auto-renews each month until cancelled from your account settings.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India, sales tax elsewhere) which will be added at checkout.

6. Payments

We process payments through licensed payment providers, primarily Razorpay Software Private Limited(for India) and Stripe Payments (for international). By making a payment you also agree to the respective provider’s terms. All payment disputes must first be raised with AI Scale Force LLC before initiating a chargeback.

7. AI Analysis, Allocation & Quality Control

  • Our AI Workforce Engine uses large language models (including but not limited to Claude, GPT, and Gemini) to analyse briefs, estimate budgets/timelines, and rank professionals.
  • AI outputs are advisory recommendations. Final acceptance rests with the Client and human quality reviewers where applicable.
  • All deliverables pass AI Quality Control (grammar, code lint, plagiarism, design checks) before release.
  • Clients may request one (1) free revision within the scope of the original brief.

8. Escrow & Delivery

  • Client funds are held in escrow with our payment partners until delivery is approved.
  • Delivery is deemed approved 5 business days after submission if the Client does not raise a valid dispute.
  • Approved payments are released to the Professional within 5-7 business days.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Platform IP: All logos, trademarks, text, graphics, code, and AI models on the Platform are owned by AI Scale Force LLC or its licensors.
  • Deliverables: Upon full payment, IP rights in the delivered work transfer to the Client, subject to third-party components used with proper licensing.
  • User Content: You grant AI Scale Force a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your uploaded content solely to provide the Services.

11. Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Circumventing the AI allocation system to solicit work off-platform.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of our APIs.
  • Any attempt to defraud clients, professionals, or the Platform.

Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. AI Scale Force makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated recommendations are best-effort predictions and not guarantees.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Scale Force LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AI Scale Force in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Scale Force LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) content you submit, or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@aigigjobs.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, indemnity, IP, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
